How does it work? The Holland Grill draws air in from the bottom front where it is heated. The grill's "drum" shape and smoke stacks circulate the heated air with natural convection, allowing you to grill large cuts of meat without turning them. There's no need to bother with a rotisserie attachment, and no temperature control to set. Holland designed its grills to cook at approximately 400 degrees, a "medium" heat that lets you reach the desired degree of doneness solely by cooking time. The Holland Grills have just two settings -- ON and OFF.
